What a beautiful idea, but it doesn't surprise me in the least! I love that I can still learn and grow from the two of you, Barb & Andrea. Continue to do the great work and share in your learning:)
ReplyDeleteWe are working on infusing "Doug Fisher" (thank you to the two of you for bringing him and his knowledge into my life) into each and every one of our classrooms, especially in the area of literacy within the content areas. We utilize my first love, Lucy Calkin's work, especially in the area of assessment within our language arts classrooms. Her site is frequented in our school a lot: http://www.readingandwritingproject.com/
I love the vocabulary link from Smarter Balanced; I hadn't found that. Thank you for continuing to inspire, share your learning and passion; you truly make a difference! Much kudos....torrie
